Late Payment: 10%
"Peak" Holidays: 50-100%
'Overbooked' Dog*: 25%

"High Holidays" such as Christmas will be a 100% increase, more generic holidays will more usually be 50%.

Please note 'Summer' & 'Christmas' is classed as "Holiday" due to the increase of bookings in these months.

1. Update to booking - New bookings or cancellations.
2. Only for Regulars - Even if fully booked I can often squeeze in one more dog, if I know they will be okay with all the others.

Free first time - accidents do happen.
May include other bodily functions, may also be doubled for bedroom.

Given the distress changing food can have I would normally ask you to bring your normal food with the dog for the duration of the stay.You can have it delivered to the house if you prefer.

Difficult Dog Charge:
If the dog is too reactive for another dog to be taken I may charge an additional up to 100% as I may have to turn away other customers. During Holidays this won't be possible at all.

Social Anxiety:
If your dog cannot be left alone for even for a short time without howling the house down an additional charge may be applied as I need to find cover when I need to leave them alone or to pay for delivery.

Huge dogs:
Even though they are often gentle giants a dog that is larger is physically more able to be troublesome and will be a lot more work if they need to be leashed. As such I do charge up to an additional 20%.
